Location wasn't bad.
Bed spread was filthy (unclean). No gym!

I don't have a lot of requirements for the where I stay when I am traveling, but the bedspread was filthy (stained, etc). Did not sleep well because of it. I thought that the people in the Greensboro area were very friendly (Southern hospitality, I suppose) but not at this hotel. They did not smile once every time they went through the lobby. There was no gym at the hotel. They referred us to a park for our workout that was 8 miles from the hotel. Next year when we go back for our Market America convention, we won't be staying at this hotel!!!
